CATAMARAN
AIR 77 |
|
AIR 77 set sail for
the first time during the summer of 2013,
for a cruising experience that met our expectations.
The same year, she was introduced at Cannes'
Boat Show, where she was praised by the business
press and the public, which validated Oxygène
Yachts' project of developing the AIR range
in different calibers. |
|
|
|
With her 77 feet
in length, she is the standard model of the
line: a 3013-square-feet living area, including
a "carré" of 753 square feet on its own for
a rare sensation of space in a ship of this
stature. From the stern, a perspective over
66 feet unfolds in the axis of the ship and
spreads, uninterrupted, towards the horizon.

|
Both the design and
building of AIR 77 refused to compromise on
environmental protection, a challenge that
allowed the elaboration of a product that
pushes the boundaries of eco-responsibility.
An extensive study of the hulls and an expert
knowledge in windage and aerodynamics led
to the conception of a ship that may, for
instance, use 13 US gallons per hour for a
cruising speed of 12 knots. |
